You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle. Your service will continue through the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again after canceling.
Because service is billed monthly, partial-month refunds are generally not provided. If you believe there's been a billing error, please let us know promptly and we'll look into it and make it right where appropriate.
Weather, holidays, or municipal schedule changes may occasionally affect service timing. These are outside our control and aren't considered missed service.
If a payment fails, your service may be paused or canceled until billing is resolved. You can update your payment method anytime from your account dashboard.
