Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 15, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how One Over Infinity LLC (“One Over Infinity,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the TrashCans2Curbs marketing website and hosted software platform (together, the “Platform”). Please read it alongside our Terms of Service.

1. Who operates the Platform

The Platform is operated by One Over Infinity LLC under the TrashCans2Curbs name. We provide hosted, white-label software to independent businesses that run trash-can-to-curb valet services and related property-service businesses under their own brands.

In most cases we act as a software provider on behalf of an independent business (a “tenant,” “operator,” or “workspace”). That business decides how it collects and uses information about its own customers and personnel, and it may maintain its own privacy notice that also applies to you.

2. Scope

This Policy applies to information we handle about:

  • Visitors to the marketing website
  • People who submit demo requests or contact forms
  • Platform customers and prospective customers
  • Partners and operators of tenant businesses
  • Managers and administrators
  • Crew members and other personnel
  • End customers who use a tenant-branded service
  • People who receive operational email or SMS communications through the Platform

Where an independent business uses the Platform to serve its own customers, that business may have its own privacy notice and may independently determine how it uses its customers’ information. This Policy describes our own practices; it does not replace a tenant’s notice.

3. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with the Platform, we may collect:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • Business and organization information
  • Account credentials and authentication information
  • Service address
  • City, state, ZIP code, and territory
  • Trash or service day
  • Number of bins and selected services
  • Customer instructions and service notes
  • Crew availability
  • Route assignments and route activity
  • Location coordinates associated with service addresses
  • Route completion records
  • Uploaded proof-of-service photographs
  • Referral codes and referral attribution
  • Subscription and transaction records
  • Communications, support requests, and demo requests
  • Device, browser, IP address, logs, and general usage information

Payment-card information is processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe and is not intended to be stored directly by the Platform. We generally receive limited billing details (for example, confirmation of a payment or a subscription status) rather than full card numbers.

4. How information is collected

We collect information in the following ways:

  • Directly from users who enter it into the Platform
  • From an operator or manager who enters information on behalf of a business or its customers
  • Through customer registration and checkout
  • Through crew and employee registration
  • Through demo and contact forms
  • From activity within the Platform, such as routes and service records
  • From images that users upload
  • Automatically through logs, cookies, and similar technologies
  • From third-party integrations used to operate the Platform

5. How information is used

We use information to:

  • Create and administer accounts
  • Configure white-label workspaces
  • Process customer sign-ups
  • Manage subscriptions and billing
  • Generate and assign routes
  • Provide service addresses and instructions to authorized crew
  • Send operational notifications
  • Send route releases, escalations, and reminders
  • Record proof of service
  • Calculate platform statistics, payouts, referrals, and revenue estimates
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, duplicate notifications, and security incidents
  • Provide support
  • Improve the Platform
  • Meet legal and contractual obligations

6. SMS and email communications

Depending on your role and settings, you may receive:

  • Account messages
  • Customer-service notices
  • Route assignments
  • Route reminders
  • Escalation alerts
  • Billing notices
  • Service updates
  • Other operational messages

Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies based on account and service activity. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchase.

Where a message is a marketing message, you may reply STOP to a supported SMS message to opt out, and you may reply HELP or contact us for assistance. We distinguish operational messages (those necessary to administer your account or an active service relationship, such as route assignments, escalations, and billing notices) from marketing messages. Certain essential account or service notices may still be sent through other permitted channels even after you opt out of marketing messages, because they are necessary to operate the service you or your business are using.

7. How information is shared

We may share information with:

  • The independent business operating the applicable territory or workspace
  • Authorized partners, managers, captains, and crew members
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers
  • Database and authentication providers
  • Payment processors
  • Email providers
  • SMS and telecommunications providers
  • Address-verification or geocoding providers
  • Analytics, security, and error-monitoring providers
  • Professional advisers, such as lawyers, accountants, and auditors
  • Government or legal authorities when required
  • A buyer or successor in a merger, financing, acquisition, or asset sale

Service providers we currently use to operate the Platform include, for example, Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), Resend (email), and geocoding providers (address-to-location lookup). These providers may change over time.

We do not sell personal information for money. We share information only for the purposes described in this Policy and to operate, secure, support, and improve the Platform.

8. Tenant and crew access

To operate and verify routes, service-address details, customer instructions, and proof-of-service photographs may be visible to authorized personnel of the applicable tenant business who need that information to do their work, such as operators, managers, captains, and crew members.

Independent operators are responsible for managing their own authorized users, granting and removing access appropriately, and using customer information lawfully and only for legitimate service purposes.

9. Cookies and technical information

We use cookies and similar technologies, together with browser and session storage, to support authentication, security controls, session management, and basic website functionality. We also keep usage logs to help operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Platform. We do not currently use a separate cookie-consent management platform.

10. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • Provide the service
  • Maintain business and transaction records
  • Resolve disputes
  • Enforce agreements
  • Meet legal obligations
  • Protect Platform security

Retention periods differ by the type of information and by the contractual relationship involved. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we take reasonable steps to delete, de-identify, or archive it.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system or method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for using the Platform in a secure manner.

12. User choices and privacy requests

Subject to applicable law, you may request to:

  • Access information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete information
  • Close an account
  • Change communication preferences

To make a request, contact us at hello@trashcans2curbs.com. Requests may be subject to identity verification, applicable law, contractual obligations, and legitimate retention needs. Where we process information on behalf of an independent tenant business, you may need to direct your request to that business, and we will support it as appropriate.

13. Children

The Platform is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

14. State and international rights

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, such as rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain uses of your information, or to appeal a decision about a request. We will honor applicable rights as required by the laws that apply to you. If you would like to exercise a right, contact us at hello@trashcans2curbs.com.

15. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above, and where required we will provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Platform after an update means you accept the updated Policy.
