How the platform works

From workspace setup to trash night — how a business launches and runs a curbside trash-can service under its own brand on TrashCans2Curbs.

01

Workspace configuration

We stand up your white-label workspace — your business name, your own web address (yourbusiness.trashcans2curbs.com), and your owner account. You get a configured platform, not a custom build.

02

Branding

Add your logo, brand colors, and a customer-facing service name, plus a short description. Every page your customers see is your brand — TrashCans2Curbs runs the technology behind it.

03

Pricing and service areas

Set your own customer-facing plans and prices, and define the ZIP codes, cities, and trash-collection days you cover. Your prices are yours — the platform never assumes ours.

04

Management and crew setup

Invite your team with the right roles — business owner/admin, managers, and crew members. Managers get read-only operational dashboards; crew claim and run routes.

05

Customer enrollment

Homeowners sign up for your service at your own web address, under your brand. Choose how you collect payment: keep your current payment system with manual status, or connect Stripe for automated recurring billing.

06

Routes, dispatch, alerts, and proof of service

Generate routes from your customers, dispatch crews, and let automated alerts and escalation keep trash night on track. Crews capture photo proof of service for every stop — all isolated to your organization.
