Create your account on our website. Enter your name, address, email, phone number, and select your trash pickup day. Tell us how many bins you have and if you want us to bring them back after pickup.
Our team reviews every new signup to make sure you're in our service area and we have a driver available for your neighborhood. You'll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.
Once approved, your card is billed monthly through Stripe. 1 bin is $12/month. 2 bins is $18/month. Add the bring-back option for $5/month more. No contracts, cancel whenever you want.
On your trash night, our driver arrives and moves your bins to the curb. We track each stop on our route so nothing gets missed. You'll never have to think about trash night again.
Add the bring-back option and we'll return your bins to their spot in your yard after the garbage truck has come through. Great for people who travel or just want the full service.
We aim to have all bins at the curb before 6am on your trash day. Most routes are completed between 8pm the night before and 5am the morning of.
Just contact us before your trash night and we'll note the skip. Your billing isn't affected by a single skip.
No. We access your bins from your yard or wherever they normally sit. You don't need to be home or do anything.
It's rare, but if it happens, contact us and we'll make it right. We track every stop on our routes.
